Return Policy

We know that occasionally not every purchase will work, and returns may be necessary. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR TUMBLEWEED AND TULLE STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be approved and received prior to credit being issued. Returns lacking approval outlined in the return criteria below will not be accepted.

If the item meets the return criteria, you will be notified, through email instructions for the return.

· All return requests must be received via email within 7 days of the original shipment date.

· Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of approval date.

· Return requests or shipments sent back outside of the return windows specified above will not be accepted.

· All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.

· All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with the return policy will be refused or charged a 25% restock fee.

· All sale, intimates, swim, body suits, bags, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

· Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and inside a shipping package.

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you have received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.

Upon receipt of approval email you should:

· Securely pack and seal the items.

· Include your invoice or receipt.

· Use an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
